The education for future professionals is what a course of advanced learning and training in circus arts should achieve. The ENACR's pedagogical project is basically conceived to join learning of circus techniques with learning in other artistic fields. During the course, students meet with professional situations by creating and performing shows. They participate in one or several projects, in collaboration with cultural or professional education institutions in France and abroad.

The Ecole Nationale des Arts du Cirque de Rosny-sous-Bois (ENACR) and the Centre National des Arts du Cirque (CNAC) join in the concept of a curriculum for three to four years of study, leading first to the Brevet Artistique des Technique du Cirque (BATC) and further on, to the Diplôme National Supérieur (DNSP) for circus artists.

Amateur's education is directed towards everybody, without any idea of competition. It stipulates a technical as well as an artistic effort in order to unfold, by multidisciplinary and playful work, the personality of who ever participates.

The ENACR's artistic and cultural activities are intimately related to the local social and cultural institutions and associations. They aim at spreading and developing knowledge and motivation to become active in circus disciplines. They contribute to open up an interested public and may as well widen the individual cultural horizon.
